Highly Recommend!    11 Day/Night Mexico
This cruise was perfect to celebrate our recent engagement.
Pros:  Outstanding customer service, large penthouse suite, knowledgeable crew, romantic ship.
Cons:  The ship is older and in need of refurbishing. Too little time in each port.

 Careful On Celebrity Mercury    7 Day/Night Alaska
Please be very careful on this cruise line as the logistics to and from the airport were horrible.
Pros:  Great staff and food was very good. We really enjoyed the Sushi bar they had every night.
Cons:  They lost our luggage coming home and still haven't got it back. In addition they double billed our account.

 Half Great/Half Disappointment    7 Day/Night Alaska
Do not highlight Hubbard Glacier for this ship as long as this captain is in charge!
Pros:  The service was on the most part excellent. Our cabin attendant, Norbert, really knows how to keep you happy. He always solved any little problem or request. Our waiter, Armando and our ass't waiter, Felix, had to be the best on the ship.
Cons:  Our biggest disappointment happened at Hubbard Glacier.
